This is a cool portable style swamp type cooler. It is fan powered, and when paired with ice cold water, it creates a breeze that regular fans can't match. I think it works pretty well. I like it's portable size. I can take it anywhere and place it on a table (or log if roughing it) and point it in my direction. It is rechargeable. It has a long battery life, but also charges back up pretty fast.
