It runs a bit small I’m 5’9 around 175 lb a slightly longer and wider torso I got a medium because my last jacket was a large and it was huge on me but this one definitely runs true to size or a smidge smaller. So if your build is similar to mine definitely get a large.I like the jacket, I do find the arms on it tight so if you are a person with bigger arms it might be uncomfortable. Something to note as I found out the hard way by not paying attention. The jacket is mesh everywhere including pockets, I got caught in a rain storm and everything in my pockets got soaked. Now I know this I will use zip lock bags for anything in my pockets. Overall it’s a nice jacket with ample protection.They weren't lying when they said this jacket is "lightweight" I probably wouldn't trust this for full time riding and def not commuting or highway riding. Doesnt feel like much protection and the padding is thin. I only got this jacket on the "fly" because I'm out of town but about to go on a motorcycle trip in the mountains.Jacket fits great. I got the small and I am 5`6" and weigh 150 pounds.Jacket can expand to wear a heated vest or down puffy jacket on cold days.The armor is light but protective and contributes to the overall lightness of the jacket. (I have a Fieldsheer black mesh jacket that is quite a bit heavier as the armor is better and I use this jacket on colder days.)The flow thru mesh makes the Fly Racing jacket very comfortable to wear on hot days plus it helped that I got the white/grey/jacket to reflect the heat.Im 5’11” 285lbs. Bought a 2xl. Breaths great in this Texas 109 degree summer heat. Adjustable forearms fitness, love handle horizontal velcro adjustment and horizontal zipper side adjustment. Mold to the body. Had an internal mesh pocket. Thick textile were it counts. Best part is the anti crack strap. Has a push button belt loop to keep the jacket from riding up and flashing the world. Very nice.Good jacket, I usually wear L-size moto jackets, this one was also L. It fits well.Great jacket, great price, lightweight, very pleased with everythingVery light weight, comfortable, with plenty of ventilation! The only thing that needs improvement is the back pad it’s a little cheap feeling, but that’s an easy fix. I’m 5’3 135 lbs and the small is a little roomy. I love the jacket though.
