The Model 95 Vortex QE Combo is one of the most sophisticated break barrel airguns in its market class and price range. It features an elegant stock made from high quality walnut, a precision rifled German steel barrel, and Hatsan’s fully adjustable 2-stage Quattro Trigger system. Also included is the Vortex gas piston system, which allows for better performance in the cold weather, smoother cocking, and no rotational recoil. Added in on this model is the QuietEnergy barrel technology. Reducing down-range noise by up to 50%. This airgun is fitted with Hatsan’s SAS™ (Shock Absorber System) that works to reduce recoil and a large muzzle break for easy cocking. The Mod 95 Vortex QE is available in multiple calibers – .177, .22, and .25 with a max velocity of up to 1300 FPS. This combo includes a 3-9×32 Optima scope that easily attaches to the rifle’s grooved dovetail receiver. Spent a lot of time researching air rifles before I pulled the trigger on this one.Pros: It was shipped quickly and packaged well & discreetly. This is a quality air rifle. The stock is well crafted & beautiful. It is well machined & functions exquisitely. It took very few shots to sight in. After about 50 rounds it is still accurate.Cons: The included scope is at best “adequate”. But what you would expect for the price. Finally, be aware, this is a heavy rifle. A bipod would be a good investment here.
