I misplaced the extension hose for my portable tire inflator and was searching for a replacement when I saw this hose. I liked the fact that it was longer which made it easier to use. But I really liked the clamp on chuck. It is much easier to use than the original one and it is made of brass instead of some zinc alloy. I would recommend this hose extension. It attaches to the hose on the inflator with no problem. It’s an extension hose and not designed to screw directly in to the inflator.
