The Nike Air Zoom Strong is a supportive training sneaker with sock-like construction. They are crafted with a mesh upper, elastic band, Flywire cables, extended outrigger, internal ankle wrap, and Zoom Air technology.
Typically I wear 6.5 sneakers, hiking boots and uggs but these feel a bit tight after walking around all day in the heat since feet expand a bit so get them 1/2 size bigger. If I wear these for only a few miles when it's hot outside or all day when it's cooler then they feel okay but they do rub a bit against the back of my foot.I wore them all day walking around Europe in the spring time and they felt okay for the most part and I didn't get blisters but did notice the rubbing sensation on the back of my foot. When I wore these all day walking around D.C when it was super hot outside they felt really tight by the end of the day and suffocated my feet. These don't seem very breathable and don't expand to accommodate feet in the heat.
