I usually wear a 9.5 in Nike shoes and this one fit perfect as any. Use them for working out in the gym and running through the neighborhood and they've withheld great. The break in only took about 2 to 3 days worth of light walking through a couple of stores after work. They are soooooo comfortable and have a slight arch for your foot. I usually wear more of flat footed shoes like converse and can't usually get my foot to adjust to a medium to high arch, but this one is perfect. They also have slits on the under front part of the shoe for more flexibility while the heel and very front toe is more rubbery for added grip. The front top of the shoe is mesh and anything liquid will go right through, but behind the heel is a thicker material that seems repellent.
